Lemon-Lime Icebox Pie
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
Directions
Beat together the cream cheese, lemon zest, and lime zest. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. Gradually beat in the lemon juice and lime juice. Pour into the prepared pie crust.
Whip the cream on medium until foamy. Add the powdered sugar, and continue whipping to stiff peaks. Spread the whipped cream over the pie and freeze for at least two hours.
